Murter is the largest and closest island to the mainland on Sibenik area, separated from the mainland by the Murter channel, through which the Tisno built drawbridge with length of 12 meters. Paved road (6 kilometers) is connected with the Adriatic tourist road and from Sibenik is 29 km distance. Located at the entrance of the Kornati islands, Murter is very attractive place for those who love sailing and also for those who prefer peaceful vacations.
